You don't need to arrive with a perfectly formed idea, a clearly defined problem or even know what kind of help you need. That's part of what we can work out together.

I’m really good at untangling things. I’ll ask questions, challenge assumptions and help you look at what you’re trying to achieve from angles you might not have considered. But I’ll bring my own thinking, ideas and experience to the conversation too.

Sometimes the answer is already there and we just need to uncover it. Sometimes I’ll know something you don’t. Sometimes neither of us knows yet - but we can work out what we need to find out.

I naturally zoom out to see how everything fits into the bigger picture, then zoom back in to spot the individual steps, decisions and “but what happens if…?” bits that can easily get missed.

And, above all, you’ll feel ready to make it happen - whether you want to do it yourself, get some support along the way or hand the implementation over.
